International Universities Enter Kerala’s Villages
Talrop has invited international universities to bring their programmes into Talrop’s Village Parks across Kerala. This initiative opens a direct path for global universities to reach learners in local communities without the need to establish separate campuses.
Thirty international universities are preparing to introduce more than one hundred skill development programmes through Talrop’s Village Parks. Through these programmes, students will gain access to international learning opportunities while studying from centres located in villages and local self government regions.
Talrop’s Village Parks act as a digital and physical gateway that connects international universities with learners across Kerala.
30 Universities Bringing 100+ Global Programmes
More than one hundred skill development programmes from thirty international universities will be delivered through Talrop’s Village Parks.
These programmes will focus on industry relevant skills and emerging professional areas. Students, graduates, and working professionals will be able to access global training standards directly from their nearest Village Park.
Instead of requiring students to relocate to major cities or foreign countries, Talrop’s Village Parks bring international university programmes closer to where people live.
Infrastructure Already Supporting International Programmes
Talrop has already developed a strong foundation through Talrop’s Village Parks in Kerala.
At present, around 2,00,000 square feet of learning infrastructure has been created through Talrop’s Village Parks. This includes approximately 3,000 learning seats that will host international university programmes.
Students will be able to attend sessions, participate in assessments, and access learning facilities while engaging with professors from international universities through Talrop’s technology platform.
Expansion Towards 1,064 Village Parks
Talrop is expanding Talrop’s Village Parks across Kerala with an ambitious development plan.
The goal is to establish 1,064 Village Parks across all local self government regions in the state.
When completed, Talrop’s Village Parks will cover nearly 2.5 million square feet of space and provide around 35,000 learning seats. This scale will allow international universities to reach learners across Kerala through local learning centres.

These programmes bring globally recognised academic standards directly into local learning centres across Kerala.
The programmes follow the Bologna Process and align with the European Credit Transfer and Accumulation System (ECTS), and are delivered by professors from the respective universities. Credit based internships are also integrated within the programmes, allowing learners to gain practical exposure while participating in internationally aligned skill development programmes from their local centres.
Global Learning Opportunities Reaching Kerala’s Communities
Talrop’s Village Parks function as active skill development centres that remain accessible beyond traditional academic hours.
Students can learn new skills after school and college. Working professionals can pursue upskilling opportunities. Individuals outside formal education systems, including homemakers and daily wage workers, can also access training opportunities relevant to global employment sectors.
Through the participation of international universities, Talrop’s Village Parks are transforming Kerala’s villages into access points for global education and emerging career opportunities.
