First Project
Proving the micro model on 11-year-olds
You have to prove the micro before you sell the macro. Tested our radical thesis on sixth and seventh graders in a single rural school.

Operational Narrative
In 2017, we began with an audacious premise at K.V.U.P.S. Pangode in Trivandrum: Can we systematically manufacture technology founders from scratch starting in middle school?
We didn't just teach code. We launched the 1st Techies Park on December 7, 2017 inside the campus, selected 12 students, and bypassed standard curriculums to train them in core engineering for two months.
The result was immediate: these 11-year-olds launched their own campus-based IT company (covered nationally by The Indian Express). By 2026, four of them scaled into enterprise founders.
“In 2017, I joined Talrop as a Volunteer to build an ecosystem that multiplies talent, jobs, ventures, and innovations. My first project was to build an IT Infrastructure around an education campus. Build it. Sustain it.”
How First Project Was Built & Executed
Entrance Test & 12-Student Cohort Selection
Traveled to Krishna Vilasam Upper Primary School in Pangode, Trivandrum to select students for the inaugural technology cohort. Conducted a customized problem-solving aptitude test across 6th and 7th grade classrooms to identify raw cognitive ability and selected 12 students.
Building the 1st Techies Park IT Infrastructure
On December 7, 2017, we built and inaugurated the 1st Techies Park directly inside the KVUPS campus in Pangode. We converted school space into a high-performance technology hub equipped with dedicated workstations, proving that world-class computing infrastructure can be sustainably deployed in rural institutions.
Students Outperformed, Founded IT Company & Earned Revenue
The trained 11-year-olds began outperforming senior university students. They launched their own campus-based IT company (Grolius), built software products for commercial clients, made revenue from Day 1, and presented live to university engineering students at Rajadhani College of Engineering.
The Indian Express National Media Coverage
The Indian Express and leading national press covered the milestone of 11-year-old schoolchildren operating their own IT company inside a village school, validating the reproducible nature of our ecosystem engine.
9-Year Proof: 4 Middle Schoolers Scaled into Enterprise Founders
Longitudinal validation: 4 students from the 2017 inaugural cohort in Pangode now lead tech enterprises.

“This was the result that we detected in the earlier stages of building this vision. So we thought: If we can build enterprise founders from a remote village, from a government school—what if we scale this entire model to Kerala? That realization has led to what we built in the remote corners of Kerala.”
