A Global Capability Centre, or AI Hub, built for rural and semi-urban communities — 20 to 25 seats doing work a 500-seat city office used to.
Chief Executive Officer · since 2017
Talrop is a B.O.T company for ecosystem development. It builds, operates and transfers self-sustaining socio-economic ecosystems for governments, universities, corporates, individuals and non-profit organisations.
An owner provides the vision and the B.O.T fee, and steps in as Project Owner. Talrop takes over everything after that — securing the land, executing the build, raising the capital, running daily operations, driving marketing, and managing the ecosystem until a profitable asset is ready to transfer.
Local leaders and investors rarely lack ambition or capital. What they lack is the execution bandwidth to build something this complex. That gap is the whole business.
Single point execution
No separate contractors, agencies or management teams. Talrop is the one execution engine.
Operational liability
The owner provides the B.O.T fee. Talrop carries the operational and execution liability, including raising the capital.
Ownership & legacy
The owner holds Founder & Chair of the new company and retains founder equity while the asset is built.
Integrated expertise
Legal, technology, marketing and fundraising all sit inside one network.
Each is standardised enough to repeat and large enough to change the economics of the place it lands in. The B.O.T fee is 5% across all of them; what changes is how long Talrop operates before handing over.
A B.O.T agreement is signed with Talrop alone. Behind it sits a network of specialised companies — several of them ventures on this site — that the owner never has to manage.

The community that came first is still the ground it stands on: 1,206 programmes run across Kerala under the eKerala.org mission, and 50 conclaves and conferences across Kerala and India.
Working together
